Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using EyeReset, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

yeshivsher grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use EyeReset on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

Medical disclaimer

EyeReset is a wellness and habit tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its exercises and reminders are based on general eye-care guidance and are not a substitute for professional care. Consult a qualified eye-care professional for any concern about your vision or eye health, and stop using any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in any unlawful way.

Intellectual property

EyeReset, its content, design, and trademarks are owned by yeshivsher. These terms grant you no ownership rights.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, yeshivsher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, EyeReset.

Apple App Store terms

These terms are between you and yeshivsher only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the responsibility of yeshivsher. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims. In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual-property rights, yeshivsher, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
